It sounds like our own reality TV show! Preston had to fly out to NYC for five days for a conference for his next actuary exam. Jacie and I decided it wasn't fair that only daddy got to go...so we flew out an met him. It was the perfect opportunity for Jacie to meet her Great Aunt Dolorah who lives on Long Island. We had the most wonderful trip. I was very nervous about travelling with her on my own and she was a SAINT. She literally didn't let out a peep from the time we left the Omaha airport to our return on Monday. She was so good I just couldn't even believe it. Below are a bunch of photos documenting our travels.

Jacie had her first charicature drawing done right in Times Square.

Aunt Dolorah and Jacie infront of the Hershey's store...Jacie you will love this place some day!!!

I just totted her around in my sling the entire time we where there and she loved it...she looked around for most of the day and then would just lay back and nap when she was tired.

The three of us on Park Avenue!

Hanging at the hotel...mommy and daddy where lucky enough to have Aunt Dolorah there to babysit so we had a night out on the town. We received tickets to Jersey Boys from Dolorah for our Birthdays so we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and an amazing show while Jacie and her great auntie bonded! :)

I had to take Jacie to the American Doll Store...I know I am creating a monster! The dolls are just so darn cute though and we where so close that we had to stop by for a visit. You can tell she is just amazed...as she yawns!!! :)

We spent our second day doing a bus trip all, around the city.

Jacie on her first cab ride...mom and dad had to go to their favorite pizza place, John's.

The three of us in Times Square. What an amazing trip!

Dad and Jacie in Toys R Us in Times Square...again we are creating a monster. Do you think she is spoiled already?!?!?!

Eating cereal...YUMMY!

And she loves to be naked. Can you see those teeth that have popped through?
All in all an AMAZING vacation. Thanks for showing us around Dolorah!!! :)
